BRIC: WEEK 10
This week was one of my favourites, I felt a real sense of achievement and was very proud of myself as my internship was drawing to a close, I got hired! I am the first intern to ever be hired at BRIC so this was such an exciting moment. I feel I have achieved so much on this placement and this was the icing on the cake. With this now underway, Bally gave me the opportunity to sort the contracts which was also something new to me. With this great news I was also so happy to know I would now be able to see the designs I created and developed over the internship actually be completed.
Putting contracts and celebratory events to the side, we had a busy week ahead. This was then busiest we had been yet. We got given a new restaurant project which was a commercial project to work on which is really what I enjoy doing. Being able to create an experience for people and expressing my creativity in a new setting. This has been going well, I’m excited to stay on and se the project through to completion.
